In addition to our other packages, The VA Partnership offer a telephone management service.

You will have a dedicated virtual receptionist who you can trust to answer your calls as an extension of your in-house team.

We offer a responsive and scalable service, ensuring that all of your telephone calls are not only answered, but handled in a professional and efficient manner.

How do we do it?

  • You keep your existing business phone numbers and your calls are forwarded to us via a forwarding/diverting facility when you need us to answer your calls.
  • All telephone calls are answered in your company name.
  • Once the information has been gathered, you will be sent a message via email and/or text, or we will transfer your call depending on your requirements.
  • Cold calls are screened out and not charged.
  • You will receive a daily summary report of all the messages taken.

    • The monthly charges below cover inclusive messages as indicated, first DDI line rental, general account management, minor service changes, and all call reporting.
